By accessing SocialDesk, users acknowledge and accept these terms and applicable policies.

## 2. Authorized Use
Users may access SocialDesk only for lawful, role-authorized social service and administrative functions.

## 3. Account Security
Users are responsible for:
- Keeping credentials confidential.
- Using approved devices and secure networks.
- Reporting suspected unauthorized access immediately.

## 4. Consent Framework
SocialDesk supports explicit consent controls, including:
- Mandatory POPIA processing consent where required.
- Optional third-party sharing consent.
- Optional communication and outreach preferences.
- Versioned consent capture and revocation logging.

## 5. Acceptable Conduct
Users may not:
- Access records beyond assigned authorization.
- Alter, suppress, or falsify audit evidence.
- Share confidential information outside approved channels.
- Use platform data for unrelated personal or commercial gain.

## 6. Service Availability and Changes
The platform may undergo planned maintenance, security updates, and feature changes to preserve service integrity.

## 7. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked for policy violations, security risks, or legal/regulatory requirements.

## 8. Limitation and Governance
Platform usage remains subject to applicable legislation, organizational directives, and supervisory controls.
